Chick-Fil-A Fundraiser

Project Linus Club is sponsoring a restaurant night fundraiser at Chick-fil-A Restaurant, Valencia, on Thursday, 2-21-13 from 5-8 pm. Bring this flyer in when you order and a portion of your order will be donated to Rio Norte's Project Linus club, dedicated to making homemade blankets for very sick children in the Santa Clarita area.

Welcome to Project Linus!

Rio Norte Junior High is proud to join efforts with Academy of the Canyons' Project Linus campaign. We had our first meeting last week and had over 30 students in attendance!! Our students are excited about making blankets for the seriously ill or traumatized children and babies in Santa Clarita. 

This is such a special program and anyone can participate! Whenever a blanket is completed, just bring it to Rio Norte and we will get it to the donation center for you! 

There are some specific guidelines for the materials used for the blankets, so please check out the blanket guidelines link for that information.
